Yakima County Livestock Judging Contest Series. This contest will have one class of each of the species: Market Steers, Breeding Gilts, Market Lambs, Breeding Does (Goats). Bonus contest is a meat class. Please judge the meat class, but won't be counted in total score. Market Steers class has questions. You will need to answer the questions.

There will be judging contests in March has ended, April has ended, May 24 - June 4, June, July. Each month there will be a different contest. They will vary from market animals to breeding animals to meat cuts. Must participate in at least 3 of the judging contests to be eligible for the overall prize. If you enter all 5 contests the top 3 high contest scores will be determined for overall placings.

Open to all 4-H members in Yakima County ages 5 to 18. There will be Cloverbud, Junior, Intermediate and Senior Divisions.
You must be a current enrolled 4-H member in Yakima county to be eligible for any prizes given.
