Why are WP/HUS classes blurry?

To ensure high-definition footage of Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle classes, it is ideal to have a crew of four cameramen. However, logistical constraints prevent us from bringing such a team to every contest for just one class.

Instead, we employ a strategic approach using two cameras placed strategically in the arena to capture the entire action. Consequently, you may notice variations in video quality between different areas of the arena. This is because we use different cameras—one older and one newer—for each end of the arena.

After the contest, we meticulously edit the footage to focus on each individual horse. This editing process unfortunately results in a reduction in video quality.

Editing one class of Western Pleasure takes as long as editing several "traditional" classes.

While we understand that this approach may not yield optimal video quality, we are always receptive to suggestions and innovative ideas. If you have any recommendations on how we can improve our filming of Western Pleasure classes, we would greatly appreciate your input.
