Restricted Class Viewing

Why can't I view a class I haven't been assigned?

There are two options available for granting students access to classes on our site:

Open Viewing (Default)

In this mode, all students on your account will have the ability to view all active and available classes on our site.

Restricted Viewing

Using this mode, students will only be able to view the classes that they have specifically been assigned to.

It is important to note that viewing restrictions do not apply to secondary admin accounts, referred to as "Elite (Admin)". Elite (Admin) accounts have unrestricted access and can view all classes on our site.

All users, regardless of whether their account is on restricted viewing, can view the classes that are currently free to view.

Updating Viewing Settings

Elite (Admin) account admins can easily change the viewing settings for their account from the Elite Account Manager.
