Slaughter Cattle Grading

Slaughter cattle grading tends to be one of the more subjective aspects of livestock judging contests, and grades can be highly dependent upon who does the officials for a particular event.

Our slaughter cattle grades come directly from the contests they are filmed at.

There are different scoring systems used in different parts of the country. We use the scoring format below.
