Any youth in the D4 counties that will be eligible for state 4H contest

Small prizes will be mailed to top 5 participants

Official rules and info will be sent to county agents along with instructions on how to enter the contest. This is new so rules subject to change. This is a practice contest and will be used as a FUN learning experience.
