Official/Reasons/Critique
I like the hens 2-1-4-3. Hen 2 has the greatest amount of bleaching both on the shanks and on the toe tips. Hens 1 and 4 are a close middle pair decision, hen 1 has a greater amount of bleaching evident in the top of toes when compared to hen 4. I’ll grant hen 4 has a less intense yellow pigment on the front of the shanks; however, I like it third doe to the even yellow pigment evident on the top of toes. In the bottom pair, I like hen 4 over hen 3 due to a total pigment loss. Hen 4 has a greater amount of pigment loss on the tops of toes and shanks, with less intensity. Hen 3 has the greatest amount of pigment from end to end, evident of a poor producing hen.
