Forward in the Knee
"Forward in the knee" refers to an undesirable skeletal condition in livestock where the knee is positioned more forward than it should be. This condition, also known as being "buck kneed" or "straight kneed," can limit the animal's mobility, comfort, and reach, particularly in the front end. Animals with this condition are often also straight-shouldered.
